Our lived experts and allies have designed an interactive course to educate young people in foster care or leaving foster care on how to navigate the resources and support available in Utah. 

Our Life After Care Courses are personally designed to fit the needs of the youth you serve and the timeline available for the courses. Each course curriculum is designed to meet young people or professionals serving foster youth where they are and build off of foundational knowledge throughout the course. We mix vital information with interactive games and activities with connection conversations to support youth in being successful on their own terms. 

Course Workbooks

Each young person who attends a Life After Care Course will leave with a Life After Care Workbook to ensure the information obtained can be retained and accessed at any time.
