Education Funding
Financial aid for technical school, community college and university exists for youth who experienced foster care after age 13, but accessing aid can be difficult and confusing. 1999 Collective aims to make it easier to access the funds that are available. While our intended audience is youth and young adults, our website and tools can also be used by foster parents, caseworkers, supportive adults, and organizations.
